YPP SCTV Indosiar Holds Cataract Surgery Humanitarian Action to Commemorate Indonesian Doctor's Service Day

Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar, in collaboration with PERDAMI East Java Branch and RSUD Ploso Jombang, organized a Cataract Surgery Humanitarian Action on Saturday, May 23, 2026. The event, held at Ploso Regional General Hospital, Jombang Regency, East Java, was organized to commemorate Indonesian Doctor's Service Day.

The medical initiative was fully supported by a professional team of 10 ophthalmologists. During this program, YPP provided full financial support for surgeries on 75 eyes. This collaboration aims to assist underprivileged residents in the Jombang area to regain their sight, enabling them to lead more productive lives.
