YPP Opens Booth at the SCTV Carnival in Karawang

SCTV Indosiar's Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) has taken part in the SCTV Carnival Event once again, taking place at the Galuh Mas Field, Karawang, on October 14-15 2023.

The booth serves the dual purpose of enhancing YPP Brand Awareness within the broader community, particularly targeting the residents of Karawang, while also offering appealing opportunities to visitors to contribute towards fundraising efforts.

Visitors of the booth were given the opportunity to act as presenters for SCTV's Liputan 6 news. They could also take photos with the presenters onsite, as well as family photos in the studio provided at the booth. The visitors were allowed to do this by donating to YPP. Those who donate can choose an exclusive souvenir in the form of a T-Shirt worth IDR. 50,000, Umbrella worth Rp. 50,000, and a mug worth Rp. 30,000. Many were reported to have been enthusiastic about the activities, citing its innovation as one of the main points of interest.

The 2-day long fundraising carried out by YPP in the SCTV Carnival managed to raise a total of Rp. 2,910,000 from 60 donors. Majority of the donations were made in cash by 54 individuals, while 6 donors opted for non-cash transfers.

Among the souvenirs provided by YPP, visitors favored the t-shirts that had the SCTV Indosiar logo, followed by umbrellas likely due to Karawang's hot weather, and again followed by mugs and YPP T-shirts.
