YPP Blood Donation with Lions Club and Senayan City

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, YPP SCTV Indosiar in collaboration with Lions Club District 307.B1, Senayan City and UPD PMI West Jakarta, held a blood donation event themed “Be A Hero, Donate Blood”.

In addition to blood donation activities, free blood sugar, cholesterol & uric acid checks were also held, as well as a health talk show on Endocrine, Diabetes, and Thyroid from St. Carolus Hospital.

178 blood bags were collected from 258 donors. According to PMI, one blood bag can save at least 3 lives.

The event was attended by:

• Mrs. Dewi Yudho Miranti, as GM CSR of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk as well as the Chief Executive of YPP.
• Representatives from Lions Club Indonesia District 307.B1, represented by Mr. Eddie Lie, District Vice Governor; Mr. Anwar, District President;
• Mrs. Nani, District Central Business; and other administrators.
• PMI representatives, namely Dr. H. Ali Sibroh Malisi, Head of Health & Social Services.
• Mr. Lucky Hartadi, as Assistant GM Operation Senayan City.
• Dr. Jo Carolina from Carolus Hospital Jakarta.

In their speeches, Lions Club and Sency expressed their gratitude for YPP SCTV Indosiar's support in this blood donation activity and hope to continue to collaborate & cooperate with YPP in other humanitarian and social activities.
