Trauma Healing for Children Affected by the Sumatra Flash Floods and Landslides in Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang

Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar collaborated with Ikatan Keluarga Alumni Universitas Islam Indonesia (IKA UII) and Mahasiswa Pecinta Alam Universitas Islam Indragiri (Mapala Unisi) to provide Psychosocial Support for Children Affected by Flash Floods and Landslides at SDN 1 Pulau Tiga, Kaloy Village, Tamiang Hulu Subdistrict, Aceh Tamiang Regency, on January 10, 2026.

Together with Ka Resha, 75 children were invited to play, tell stories, and learn. The children were very happy and enthusiastic about participating in this activity. The Trauma Healing activity provided some comfort to them amid the current unfavorable situation following the natural disaster, where many of their homes were damaged and destroyed by the flash floods and landslides in late November 2025.

During this activity, YPP also distributed 102 pieces of snacks and 98 boxes of UHT milk.
